We are a registered engineering firm specializing in energy and utility management and can also help you identify and implement energy and cost savings opportunities. As a registered engineering firm with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, we are bound to the highest integrity and ethical standards, and have a duty to serve our client's best interests by providing sound engineering advice.

John Turner

John R. Turner

Founder and Chief Engineer

John has over 35 years of industry experience from line engineer to Vice President of Engineering with several distinguished organizations including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Defense (DoD), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), American Airlines, Jacobs Engineering, StandardAero, and Zodiac Aerospace. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from New Mexico State University.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer #67394 by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.

  • Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector #22134 by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

  • Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers.

  • Extensive experience performing site surveys, Energy Audits and Predominant Use Studies.

Eric Malmstrom

Eric Malmstrom
BSPE, MBA, CEM

Certified Energy Manager

Eric has over 35 years of industry experience and an extensive background in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and Business analysis with Fidelity Investments and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M University.
