Energy Efficiency Projects

With both an experienced certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Licensed Professional Engineer on staff, we have the capabilities to propose and evaluate any energy project from lighting improvments to more efficient HVAC systems

The process is straightforward:

  1. We survey your facilities to determine the energy consumption of the current equipment. This energy audit includes information about both the current equipment and how it is utilized in your operation.

  2. We perform a detailed analysis including potential savings projects based on the existing equipment, any potentially more energy efficient replacement equipment, and how the equipment is operated.

  3. We obtain quotations on equipment and installation costs.

  4. We put together and pitch a complete package for each candidate project for a capital investment decision following your corporate standards for Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), and Net Future Value (NFV).

  5. We can optionally manage the installation and tracking of results in your facility.

  6. We are performance based, so we only get paid when we save you money.
